Where do you ship from?

We ship worldwide directly from our warehouse in China. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–8 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to make changes. After that your order may already be in processing.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet. Once dispatched cancellations are no longer possible. Contact us as soon as possible at info@lumvera.co.

What is your return policy?
