Thank you for shopping with Lumvera. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Order cut-off time is 12:00 PM AEST, Monday – Friday.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Free shipping on all orders within Australia.

Standard Shipping — 5–8 business days — Free

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues or other factors outside our control.

3. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.

4. Address Changes & Cancellations Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible — please refer to our Refund Policy.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate and provide a resolution.
