Clean lenses with the included cloth and a little water. Avoid paper towels, tissues or clothing, which can scratch the lens coating.

Are the frames for everyone?
Most Lumvera frames are unisex and designed to suit a wide range of face shapes.
A few styles are designed specifically for women, and some for men, check each product description for the exact size and fit.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, then standard delivery takes 6–11 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing the next business day, and the daily cut-off is 8:00 PM AEST, Monday to Friday. Shipping is free on all orders, and you'll get an email with your tracking number once your order ships.
What does the refund policy cover?
You can return unused, unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Email hello@lumvera.co with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer and a 20% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, there's no restocking fee, we cover return shipping, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Most customers notice reduced eye strain within the first use. Improved sleep quality typically becomes noticeable within 5-7 days of consistent evening use.
How do I clean my lenses?
Use the included microfiber cloth, adding a small amount of water if needed. Avoid paper towels, tissues, or clothing fabric, they can leave micro-scratches on the lens coating over time.
